Our European Oak Kitchen worktops come from sustainable sources. In fact European forestry policy is that Oak trees are not harvested until they exceed 150yrs of age and that a replacement tree half its age is in place. This differs vastly from US, Canadian or Chinese Oaks, which are cut down from only 20 years of age. Of course the density and hardness of these oaks are much less that of their European counterparts.

You can be assured that your worktops oak will be top quality, sanded to 150 grit, flat edged, finished to perfection and ready to cut and fit. Simply Danish Oil your Kitchen worktop to your own satisfaction (Min 3 coats), cut to size and install.
