at the time of the order. We reserve the right to change
prices listed without notice. All orders for products
are subject to availability.
The products remain the property of Bathrooms Sinks
Plus until full payment is made and goods dispatched.
All items are exclusive of delivery and packaging.
Every care has been taken to provide accurate
descriptions, however slight variations may occur with
colour reproduction or text descriptions.
Unicom shall not be liable for any consequential loss
whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or
any other way.
Your use of this site and any purchase is governed by
Scots Law and will be deemed to have occurred in
mainland United Kingdom.
Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any

Delivery:
We aim to fulfil most orders within 7 working days.
Delivery is classed as fragile goods and where
possible will be delivered for standard £10 charge.
Where the item is large, heavy or of awkward shape the
order may incur a fragile goods delivery surcharge of
“£20”.
We will mail out to the billing address for your
credit card, or an alternative delivery address if
required.
If your item is not in stock we will back order for
you. We will e-mail you to advise that your item cannot
be dispatched immediately.
You have the option to cancel your order if you would
rather not wait; or may wish to select another product
instead.
Our delivery fee for post & packing varies and is
stated on the respective web-site purchase page. Please
note there are no deliveries at weekends or on Bank
Holidays. Other areas/countries delivery charges are
available on request.
We aim to fulfill all deliveries within 3-5 working
days. Items out of stock may take longer but we will do
our best to inform you of their availability date.
Conditions of delivery are that an medium to larges
size vehicle can park within close and safe proximity to
the delivery address. Deliveries are 8am - 6pm. Drivers
are requested to call in advance where possible.
Unfortunately, we are not in touch with the drivers and
will at no point be able to advise you am or pm. In the
event you will not be in for your delivery, then please
make arrangements with a neighbour to receive and check
your goods on your behalf.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
PLEASE NOTE: A FAILED DELIVERY WILL INCUR A REDELIVERY
CHARGE ACCORDING TO THE AMOUNT BILLED TO UNICOM BY
CARRIER.
FRAGILE GOODS are purchased subject to Unicom's terms
& conditions and must be checked on delivery. Damages
not stated on the driver’s delivery note or reported to
us immediately cannot be entertained as the insured
period has transpired. Please make clear to any
party/agent you authorise to receive and sign for the
goods on your behalf. Damages reported as above will be
replaced ASAP at no cost to yourself. This does not
affect your statutory rights.
Goods purchased over the Internet can be returned
within 7 days at your expense. Providing they remain
unopened in their original packaging and in resalable
condition. A credit will be given once checked back into
stock. A restocking/handling charge may apply.
Security:
Unicom has a safe and secure shopping system over the
Internet. All your details are encrypted in the software
when your order is placed.
The details are only decrypted when they reach our
computer network and are not held in clear text in
storage mechanisms on any web-site.
Personal details are only used to process your order
and update you on offers/news from Unicom. You may
e-mail us to cancel such updates.
None of your financial details are stored and for your
security you will be required to re-enter them each
transaction.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud
using our shopping system. Our aim is to safeguard and
protect your details.

organisations.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will
only use the information that we collect about you
lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act

to process your order and second, to provide you with
the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have
given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing
email from us or from another trader in the future.

Returns:
Customers may return goods in saleable condition
after cancellation of the supply contract within 7 days.
(The 7 days commences on the day after receipt of the
goods).
Payment will be returned to the customer with 30 days of
cancellation.
Goods must be returned immediately.
The customer must pay the Carriage costs for return of
goods.
Guarantees:
The guarantees on goods will be for 12 months from
date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
